The selection of Consigli Construction Co., Inc. (Consigli) on Monday, August 18th, as construction manager for the $58.6 million renovations to Kennebunk High School, Mildred L. Day School and Kennebunk Consolidated School was praised by Kennebunk’s Interim Superintendent of Schools, Kevin P. Crowley, in Seacoast online this week.
“Consigli stood out as our unanimous choice,” said Crowley. The article continues, “Consigli stood out, Crowley said, for a variety of reasons: the company has completed $1.2 billion in K-12 public school construction work over the past 10 years, they have a 100 percent success rate in meeting client’s guaranteed maximum price and turnover dates, and approximately 90 percent of the work they do is performed by Maine-based firms.”
