Classes are taught by experts in the field from both inside and outside of Consigli. Employees have the ability to learn focused job specific issues as well as a popular selection of personal and professional improvement electives.

Over the past three years, Consigli employees have averaged 1,300 hours of training with approximately 17 classes being offered each year.
