Every employee has an individually designed annual educational program that must be completed within the calendar year.

Classes are taught by experts in the field from both inside and outside of Consigli. Employees have the ability to learn focused job specific issues as well as a popular selection of personal and professional improvement electives.

Since 2004, Consigli employees have logged over 15,000 hours worth of training in Consigli University, and in 2009, Consigli will offer more classes than ever before. In addition, Consigli has trained over 50 LEED Accredited Professionals, helping project management employees evolve and excel as LEED AP's.
