PLEASANT VALLEY, New York – Kirchhoff-Consigli Construction Management (KCCM) has begun construction for the new 87,000 square-foot Medical Pavilion for Northern Dutchess Hospital on Spring Brook Avenue in Rhinebeck.
The addition includes six new operating rooms, 40 new patient rooms, a medical office and four new on-grade parking areas.

Northern Dutchess Hospital is an affiliate of the Health Quest System, which also includes Vassar Brothers Medical Center, another local project built by KCCM.
Architect for the project is Steffian Bradley Architects and completion is scheduled for fall 2015.
