85,000-sq.-ft. project built in two phases and included construction of a manufacturing floor and a two-story office area. The corporation chose to design/build in order to accommodate changing needs and allow for flexibility with the project. Consigli self-performed site work and rough carpentry.

An office suite, showroom, warehouse and TV studio for world renowned chef Ming Tsai are all part of this complex renovation (60,000-sq.-ft.) and addition (45,000-sq.-ft.). Once used as a Dunkin’ Donuts distribution center, Consigli replaced the original façade of the existing building to match the new additions. In a project that boasted many achievements, a highlight was the waste material recycling rate of better than 90%.

In just 14 months and in the face of a brutal winter, Consigli designed/built this 90,000-sq.-ft. office building and 300,000-sq.-ft. distribution center. The largest area construction project of its kind in years, we self-performed the concrete portions of the job to insure the rigorous demands of the schedule could be met. The undulating topography of the 48 acre site also required significant blasting and filling.
