The 100,000 sq. ft. conversion of six floors in the former Hamilton Manufacturing Company historic mill building into a multi-purpose health care facility will support programs designed to enhance the health and well-being of the culturally diverse Greater Lowell community.

  • New spaces include patient rooms, treatment areas, waiting rooms, health provider offices, training center, pharmacy and administrative offices.
  • Program areas provide for family practice, adult primary care, walk-in clinic and testing, dental care, innovative programs for youth development and overall health promotion.
  • Located in the heart of Lowell in a federally-regulated historic district, the renovations adhere to design specifications of the U.S. Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation of Historic Properties.
