This landmark facility combines the University’s medical education, clinical research, and ambulatory patient care facilities under one roof, allowing their staff and students to take advantage of outstanding opportunities for collaboration.

  • Includes facilities for radiology, oncology, orthopedics, and Quantitative Health Services (QHS), as well as clinics for diabetes, endocrinology, and heart/vascular studies
  • Maintained uninterrupted access to adjacent parking garage through the use of temporary walkways, protected exits, and 24/7 jobsite lighting
  • Developed a full 7-D model of all M/E/P systems, including manufacturer specifications, warranty information, and life cycle tracking for facilities maintenance
