Project: Dining Commons

Bates College was in need of a new dining facility that would not only be functional, but also sustainably built. The Commons, a 60,000 sq. ft. 950-seat, LEED Silver Certified dining facility was the result.
- Aggressive project schedule and need to have food service online by a designated date
- Highly involved, specialized kitchen equipment package selected by the owner and multiple servery stations were installed
- Project featured the concurrent management of three distinct projects including the dining hall, steam system upgrades, and a 1,200-ft. walkway
