As the new focal point of their campus quadrangle, Garthwaite Center provides the Cambridge School of Weston with not only increased program space, but a state-of-the-art building that stands as a tangible demonstration of their campus commitment to sustainability.

  • Sustainable elements such as a green roof, pellet hopper and boiler, and FSC-Certified wood elevate the building to LEED Platinum-equivalent standards
  • Identified creative value management strategies such as reusing on-site blasted boulders to create amphitheater seating
