To keep in step with the growing regional population, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints needed a new Stake Center to accommodate local parishioners in the busy Kendall Square area of Cambridge.

• Consigli worked closely with the City of Cambridge to quickly obtain necessary permits, ensuring on-time mobilization of construction on the constricted urban site.
• The two-story, multi-purpose building includes classrooms, offices, gymnasium and meeting rooms surrounding a double-height sanctuary space as well as an underground parking garage.
• Pre-construction and construction management services included creating a plan to maximize efficiency on the tight site.
