This one-story, 15,800 sq. ft. addition and partial renovation of the historic 1904 Storrs Hall will accommodate necessary program changes for the University’s School of Nursing.
- Working within an occupied building, Consigli is providing extensive M/E/P upgrades, installation of sprinklers, replacement of floor tile, and selective adaptation of existing spaces.
- The addition houses a new entrance to the school, clinical simulation laboratories, classrooms (including a tiered case study classroom), and exhibit space.
- Designed to achieve LEED certification, the building features a vegetated roof and patio area.
