| April 3, 2008 Consigli Signs Safety Partnership Agreements with OSHA Projects in Bangor, ME and Newport, RI pledge to enhance worker safety and health Milford, MA – April 3, 2008 – Consigli Construction Co., Inc. and the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) recently entered into construction safety partnership agreements at jobsites in Bangor, Maine, and Newport, Rhode Island. In Newport, Consigli and OSHA signed the first-ever safety and health partnership with a federal agency at the Naval Station Newport training pool replacement project. Conducted through the Providence Area Office of OSHA, Consigli will develop and implement a comprehensive safety and health program at the site of a new indoor training pool and building supporting aquatic survival, officer accession and combat training. Consigli earlier entered the first-ever safety and health partnership in Rhode Island at the Cranston St. Armory restoration project. Consigli has most recently entered into a partnership with OSHA at the construction site of the Penobscot County Judicial Center in downtown Bangor, ME. Consigli is overseeing the construction of a 101,000 sq. ft. courthouse, and will implement the policies necessary to assure that the project, like the Naval Station, operates in the safest and healthiest manner possible. The agreement is only the second of its kind in Maine, and represents the thirteenth such agreement in New England. Consigli has been the partnering contractor in three of the agreements.
