Consigli recently constructed a new 35,000 sq. ft. education center for the University of Southern Maine. The new Abromson Community Education Center includes a classroom building, a 500-seat lecture hall, and a sky bridge that connects to the main campus.

The building connects to a 1,200 space parking garage previously built by members of Consigli’s project team. The newly constructed facility, which achieved LEED Gold certification, was completed in April 2005.
