Consigli’s institutional projects encompass all facets of our construction experience. From historic renovations to new construction, our institutional endeavors include government buildings, municipal structures, and church parish build-outs.

Our expertise at building in occupied environments allows us to work carefully around institutions like the Maine State House, a project that entailed constant adjustments due to the court being in and out of session. Currently, Consigli is constructing a new parking garage and retail space for the city of Lowell.
