The Maine State House project consists of 6 phases. Five have been completed at a value of $28 million, and the 6th was completed at a value of approximately $2 Million. This project included the complete renovation of the historic interior architectural features and mechanical, electrical, communications and security systems.

Extensive pre-construction planning, communications and coordination with the owner and architect were key to the success of this project. Detailed phasing, safety and logistics plans were developed in order to sustain operations, maintain a healthy work environment and keep employees, visitors and workers safe.

Phases of the project include: House Chambers, Senate Chambers and South Wing, West Wing and Governor's Office, North Wing, Tunnel connecting State House and State Office Building, Standing seam copper roof at the west wing and east portico, as well as re-pointing the granite building façade.
