Construction has been completed on a 50,000 sq. ft. addition to PLEXUS Electronic Assembly, a manufacturer of circuit board panels. The addition includes an 8,800 sq. ft., two story office area and a 41,200 sq. ft. manufacturing addition. Construction was completed on a six-month, fast-track schedule.

Consigli self-performed the site work as the building design was being finalized and design-built the mechanical, electrical, fire and plumbing systems. Because of strict humidity requirements, Consigli installed an HVAC system that would maintain a constant humidity level of 45% with a 1-2% variable.
