Consigli recently completed site development and shell construction of a 3,800 sq. ft., one-story steel-framed building for Sovereign Bank. The project consisted of applying an exterior brick skin, EIFS and fiber cement siding, as well as an aluminum storefront and windows and a wood truss roofing system with asphalt shingles.

Consigli self-performed concrete, truss installation, siding and roofing on the project, which featured the unique challenge of a vault installation that required coordinating precise delivery logistics and proper fitting of a slab recessed baseplate on which to mount the vault.
