Consigli was selected to be the construction manager for a two phase historic restoration of the St. Mary’s By-The-Sea Episcopal Church located in Northeast Harbor, Maine. Northeast Harbor is located adjacent to the town of Bar Harbor on Mt. Desert Island, an exclusive summer vacation area.

Phase I, completed in the summer of 2005, focused on restoring the more heavily water damaged portions of the church and consisted of masonry restoration, slate roofing, flashing and stained and leaded glass window conservation. Phase II consisted of similar restoration work but took place during the summer of 2006.
