Consigli completed fast-track construction on a new office, manufacturing and warehouse facility for TEMP-FLEX Cable, a manufacturer of Teflon insulated wire and cables for the computer, medical, avionics and telecommunications industries. The 43,000-sq.-ft. design/build project included site work with extensive rock removal, cuts, and fills, a 6,000-sq.-ft. office, and a 37,000-sq.-ft. manufacturing and warehouse facility housing process areas and clean rooms.

Consigli Construction self-performed the site work on the challenging 4.5-acre site.
