UniBank has its main office at 49 Church Street in the Whitinsville section of the Town of Northbridge. The bank's continued growth has prompted the need for additional office and support space in close adjacency to the executive offices.

The new 46,000 sq. ft. facility consists of a two-story plus basement addition to the existing main office. The new space will consist primarily of office functions associated with the Operations Center. The building will contain work spaces for approximately fifty employees, along with room for expansion. Expansion and reorganization of the overall site is also included in the scope of the project.

Consigli is executing the UniBank project on a Design/Build basis, overseeing the A/E Team led by Gorman Richardson.
