It is the policy of Consigli Construction to pre-qualify our subcontractors prior to bidding on any of our projects. From the information provided, a maximum contract limit will be established per project for your firm in pursuing work with Consigli. Establishment of this maximum contract value is a requirement of our insurance company related to the Consigli Subguard programs. Your pre-qualification status must be updated annually.
