  • Installation of new and temporary utilities
  • Integration of flexible, collaborative work stations

The Jackson Laboratory has been one of the leading researchers in the understanding of human genetics in relation to serious diseases such as cancer, diabetes, ALS and many more since their founding in 1929. With the renovation of B-21 Snell, the Jackson Lab intends to create an environment that serves the company’s functional goals while promoting their values as a leader in improving human health and environmental studies.

The Snell Wing of the Jackson Lab underwent the complete demolition and fit-out of the fourth floor which now host laboratory and office space, restrooms and support closets, as well as general circulation improvements. All work was managed around this sensitive, occupied lab environment.
