We value diverse, inclusive project teams: the more varied our teams, the more powerful our problem solving and creativity—and the more successful our projects are. For us, nurturing, growing and sustaining diverse teams is an intentional process—one that begins by planting opportunity through pre-project outreach programs and staff recruitment. The partnerships then grow through our sustained engagement with our minority business enterprise (MBE), women business enterprise (WBE), disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE), small business (SB), lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and transgender (LGBT) participation trade partners and our in-house professional development programs.

Our outreach initiatives produce measureable results. We meet or exceed project goals, and provide maximum opportunities for MBE, WBE, DBE, SB and LGBT businesses.

Achieving diversity is a team effort. Throughout the pre-construction and subcontractor selection process, we work with the owner, public agencies and project team members to ensure all parties are collaborating to achieve diversity goals.

Our experience building in the federal, state and municipal sectors has led to valuable relationships with MBE and WBE business leaders. We also have strong relationships with state and federal certification agencies and community based organizations (CBO) that help us to identify and reach out to prospective MBE, WBE, DBE, SB and LGBT subcontractors and vendors.
