Part of our commitment to our people is making sure they have the resources to stay at the top of their game, by learning new skills, earning certifications, and keeping up with current trends. And we make sure these resources are available to all employees by encouraging them to take advantage of offsite education programs as well as our in-house training program, Consigli University.

Annually, Consigli University offers more than 5500 hours of training through over 130 classes, teaching both soft skills such as communication, business writing, and negotiation, as well as technical subjects such as OSHA Certification and safety protocol, estimating, project management, software training, and LEED Accreditation classes. And if their chosen subject isn’t offered in-house, employees can take advantage of our tuition reimbursement program for job-related classes outside of the office.
