To restore of one of the most significant John Hancock buildings in Boston’s Back Bay, Consigli self-performed key trades, performing extensive due diligence to diagnose key building issues while ensuring the highest levels of quality.

• Interior offices were fully occupied throughout restoration, requiring frequent communication and close coordination with building ownership
• Full pedestrian access had to be maintained for sidewalks on all four sides of building
• Team sourced a specific variety of Indiana limestone to repair damaged cornice elements
