Town of Chatham

Project: Police Department and Town Hall Annex
Location: Chatham, MA
Architect: Jacunski Humes Architects, LLC

The Town of Chatham’s newest public works facilities include state-of-the-art security technologies surrounded by traditional Cape Cod exteriors. Awarded and delivered under Massachusetts CM at Risk procedures, the two structures feature unique low-maintenance siding over a hybrid steel/wood-framed structure.

  • Consigli self-performed significant foundation work, including a 25-foot excavation and other key trades such as finish carpentry, to expedite the schedule.
  • The Police Station includes offices, lockers, detention areas with tamper-proof finishes, multiple evidence rooms and areas with bulletproof glass and walls.
  • The Town Hall Annex contains meeting spaces, conference rooms and administrative offices.
