Baystate Medical Center
Project: Electrophysiology (EP) Laboratory
Location: Springfield, MA
Architect: Health Care Architects, Inc.
This academic medical center, which serves as the western campus of Tufts University School of Medicine and operates the second busiest emergency department in Massachusetts, needed to upgrade equipment and systems in its EP Lab in order to offer its patients the most advanced technology available.
- The 900 sq. ft. renovation included installation of Siemens monitoring equipment, all new casework and interior finishes.
- Consigli self-performed multiple components of the project, providing quality and schedule control and minimizing the impact of the renovation on hospital operations.
- Close coordination between the project team and hospital staff ensured uninterrupted power and seamless integration of new equipment and systems into the existing facility.
