PLEASANT VALLEY, NY – Consigli Construction joined Pace University officials for a ribbon cutting to celebrate the grand opening of the school’s brand new Elm Hall residence this week.
“This beautiful new residence provides every amenity hard working students need to feel comfortable in their home away from home,” said Consigli’s President of New York Operations Greg Burns. “We’re excited to be a part of this prestigious institution’s bright future.”
The $23 million, 272-bed residence hall features a combination of semi-suites and full suites, 24-hour security, multiple study lounges, classroom space and the university’s IT Data Center.
Elm Hall represents a part of Consigli’s long term partnership with the university over the past five years to completely transform and consolidate the school’s operations onto the Pleasantville campus. Past projects completions by Consigli have included Alumni Hall, the school’s first new residence hall on the joined campus, the new Environmental Center Complex and the expansion of the Kessel Student Center.
