Consigli Welcomes Raffaela Dunne as Strategic Lead for Healthcare Market

NEW YORK, N.Y. – Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is pleased to announce that Raffaela Dunne has joined the firm as the strategic lead for its healthcare market throughout the East Coast. As Market Director, Dunne will focus on further growing Consigli’s healthcare portfolio while deepening relationships and cultivating partnerships to drive meaningful value for clients.

With more than 35 years of engineering and construction experience in healthcare, Dunne brings extensive expertise in ground-up development, asset repositioning and the management of public-private partnerships throughout the firm’s regional markets.

She has led master planning and large-scale, complex institutional projects for leading healthcare and hospital systems, including NYU Langone, Northwell Health, New York-Presbyterian, Memorial Sloan Kettering, Montefiore Einstein, Mount Sinai and the Hospital for Special Surgery. A civil and environmental engineer, Dunne has held senior leadership roles guiding project teams through entitlement processes, stakeholder coordination, programming and the delivery of complex design and construction.

An active industry leader, Dunne currently serves as President of the Association of Medical Facility Professionals (AMFP)’s North/Central New Jersey Chapter and as Secretary on the Board of Directors for AMFP’s Connecticut Chapter, and is the 2026 President-elect of AMFP’s Greater NY Chapter. Additionally, she is the Co-Chair of the Healthcare and Life Sciences Committee of New York Building Congress and serves on the New York Building Foundation’s Board of Governors.

She is also a mentor and advocate for women in the construction industry through her role on the Non-Traditional Employment for Women’s Ambassador Council and her involvement in Professional Women in Construction.
