NEW YORK, N.Y. – Women Builders Council (WBC), the premier association advocating for women in construction, recognized five Consigli Construction Co., Inc. employees for their leadership and industry achievement at its Annual Champion Awards Gala.

This annual event celebrates the NYC construction community and the industry leaders who are building its future through mentoring, advocacy and leadership.

Laura Bush, Regional Director – NYC Metro & NJ/PA, was honored as this year’s Construction Trailblazer in recognition of her commitment to building bridges for young women entering the industry workforce and her meaningful impact on the construction community.

Project Executives Caren Amicone and Jordan Crouse were recognized as 2025 Outstanding Women, an award that honors established professionals whose leadership, vision and accomplishments have made a lasting impact across the construction industry. These women are redefining what leadership looks like and paving the way for others to follow.

Project Manager Adriana Lerma and Estimator Alexa Jennings were recognized as part of the 2025 Next Generation of Women Builders, an award that celebrates rising professionals who are making their mark early in their careers and demonstrating exceptional talent, dedication and a commitment to advancing opportunity within the industry.
