MILFORD, MA – In recognition of his significant contributions to the Central Massachusetts business community, Jeff Navin, Consigli Construction Co., Inc. Executive Vice President, has been named to the Worcester Business Journal’s 2025 Power 100 list.

This annual list honors the area’s most influential professionals who have made a lasting impact on the local community and regional economy. It recognizes individuals in the following categories: Banking & Finance, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Advocacy, Health Care, Hospitality & Tourism, Technology, Government and Nonprofits.

“Navin is a major driving force behind the scenes. As a member of its senior leadership team, he has been integral to scaling Consigli’s business and growing the firm into new markets…[he] was instrumental in helping Consigli transition from a family-owned company to being a 100% employee-owned (ESOP) company in 2018, and he now serves on the company’s board of directors.”

Outside of his leadership role with Consigli, Jeff also works closely with industry and workforce development organizations to help support building talent pipelines and career pathways for construction. He serves as the chair of the board for the Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts, as well as on the board of trustees at Regis College and on the Worcester Polytechnic Institute civil and environmental engineering advisory board.

Jeff was previously honored by the Worcester Business Journal on its annual 40 Under 40 list.
