PLEASANT VALLEY, NY – Kirchhoff-Consigli Construction Management (KCCM) has been ranked as one of the Top General Contractors in the New York region by both the Albany Business Review and Engineering News-Record (ENR) New York magazine for the fourth consecutive year.

Based on regional revenues, KCCM was ranked in the Top 25 of the Capital Region’s Top General Contractors by the Albany Business Review, with the firm’s construction of the Saratoga Casino and Raceway Hotel Expansion cited as one of the largest new projects in the area.

KCCM was also ranked #32 in New York by the nationally-recognized ENR magazine, which listed the new Mercy College Residence Hall in Dobbs Ferry, New York as a recent example of the firm’s work.
