MILFORD, MA — Consigli Construction Co., Inc. today announced that Michael Fales was recently named to the newly formed UMass Memorial Health Employer Advisory Council.

The Council, created in 2022 as an initiative to gain deeper insight to the health care needs of employers across their service area, has eight members representing various industries and organizational size.

A member of the Consigli team since 2017, Fales currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer.

UMass Memorial Health is the largest health care system in Central Massachusetts and includes four hospitals and behavioral health services: UMass Memorial Medical Center, UMass Memorial Health – HealthAlliance-Clinton Hospital, UMass Memorial Health – Marlborough Hospital, UMass Memorial Health – Harrington Hospital and Community Healthlink.
