Construction of a new four-story Class A office building—the first of its kind in Portland—that is now home to Sun Life Financial. One of six distinct city blocks that make up the overall mixed-use development on Portland’s waterfront, Sun Life’s state-of-the-art new office space increases quality employment opportunities and support business growth in Southern Maine.
The fit-out created a collaborative environment for Sun Life teams to come together for projects and events and host clients and business partners. Sun Life’s Center for Healthy Work, which demonstrates the company’s Work is Healthy or WisH philosophy, is now located in the new space and houses Client Path—a live view of Sun Life’s innovative approach to helping members with disabling conditions return to work and wellness.
