This expansion and renovation created a new office, showroom, and warehouse facility for this luxury appliance distributor, including the television studio used to film the PBS show “Simply Ming” with chef Ming Tsai.

• Innovative jobsite waste reduction program diverted over 90% of construction waste from local landfills
• Included renovation of existing 60,000 sq. ft. building and construction of two additions totaling 45,000 sq. ft., as well as the installation of a new façade to match the existing exterior
• Facilitated a collaborative effort to design and build “Simply Ming” TV studio to custom specifications
