Project: Harry Parker Boathouse and Ruth W. Somerville Sculling Pavilion

After over 20 years of providing public rowing programs from a leased facility, Community Rowing, Inc. decided to construct a permanent boathouse facility with the infrastructure and accessibility needed to strengthen current programs and offer new services.
- Consigli craftsmen self-performed installation of two unique façade systems: imported Prodema wood panels from Spain on boathouse, and translucent glass panels on sculling pavilion
- Facility houses staff/coaching offices, boat repair bays, classrooms, weight rooms and showers, and a multi-purpose function room for events
- Awarded the 2009 Harleston Parker Medal from the Boston Society of Architects
