To support the mission of the University’s Center for Continuing Education, this new 35,000 sq. ft. facility provides the university and the local community with a first-class venue for advanced learning and training opportunities and community outreach.
- Linked to the main campus building via a sky bridge, the new facility includes state-of-the-art classrooms, offices, meeting rooms and the 520-seat Hannaford Lecture Hall which features advanced communications and presentation capabilities.
- One of the first LEED Gold Certified projects in Maine, the building includes a geothermal well heating and cooling system, recycled materials, low-flow plumbing fixtures and a jobsite recycling rate of over 95%.
- Consigli managed all construction on a constricted site, adjacent to occupied buildings.
