PORTLAND, ME – The renovation of L.L. Bean’s flagship store in Freeport, Maine has been awarded to the Portland office of Consigli Construction Co., Inc. (Consigli). Consigli will perform demolition, installation and finish carpentry at night, while the store remains in operation. Completion is scheduled for May 2014. “L.L. Architect for the project is Michael Charek Architects of Portland.
