Consigli Honored by the Boston Globe as one of the Top Places to Work for the 15th Consecutive Year

BOSTON, MA – Consigli Construction Co., Inc. has been named one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts by The Boston Globe for the fifteenth consecutive year. At the award ceremony on November 29, Consigli was also recognized for its status as one of the longest running companies to receive recognition on the annual list.

Each year, companies and workplaces across Massachusetts are recognized by The Boston Globe as Top Places to Work based on employee feedback captured through surveys. The survey measures employee opinions about their company’s direction, execution, connection, management, work, pay and benefits, and engagement. The employers are placed into one of four groups: small (50-99 employees); medium (100-249 employees); large (250-999 employees); and largest (1,000 or more employees).

This recognition in the large employers category was earned through Consigli’s commitment to fostering a strong culture, generous benefits and opportunities for development for its employees.

In addition to benefits supporting the physical and mental health of employees and their families, Consigli also provides its employees with paid volunteer time, generous 401K matching, fitness reimbursement and wellness incentives, summer Fridays, parental leave and a culture that encourages work life balance. Various Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) also work collaboratively and thoughtfully to foster a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment for all employees.

Consigli has also consistently been named a Top Place to Work regionally in Connecticut, Maine New York and Washington, D.C., and has been recognized nationally as a Forbes Best Employer.
