Using feedback from employee survey responses, less than 50 companies made the 2023 Top Workplace list for New York City.
“This recognition would not be possible without the hardworking members of our New York City team, and I want to congratulate each of them on their commitment to fostering a supportive and healthy workplace for us all,” said Laura Bush, Director of Operations – NYC Metro Region. “At Consigli, our people are our most important asset, and I am proud of our work to keep the health and happiness of our employees as our top priority.”
This recognition was earned through Consigli’s commitment to fostering a strong culture, generous benefits and opportunities for development for its employees.
In addition to benefits supporting the wellness of employees and their families, Consigli also provides its employees with paid volunteer time, generous 401K matching, fitness reimbursement and wellness incentives, summer Fridays, parental leave and a culture that encourages work life balance. Various Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) also work collaboratively and thoughtfully to foster a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment for all employees.
