WASHINGTON, D.C. – Consigli Construction Co., Inc. has been recognized as one of the Washington Post’s Top Workplaces in the Washington, D.C., area. The winners were announced at an event on June 16.

“In just over eight years this office has grown from a handful of employees to nearly 100, and we’re just getting started,” says Philip Brault, Director of Operations for Consigli’s Washington, D.C., team. “This recognition is a testament to our relentless focus on people, culture, and the local communities to which we work in. The Washington Post’s Top Workplaces recognizes the 200 most admired employers in the area voted on by the people who know them best — their employees. The survey measures employee opinions about their company’s direction, execution, connection, management, work, pay and benefits, and engagement. The employers are placed into one of four groups based on company size.

Consigli was a strong contender for this award because of its employee-centric benefits plans and company perks.
