POUGHKEEPSIE, NY – Kirchhoff-Consigli Construction Management (KCCM) completed construction for Orthopedic Associates of Dutchess County’s new surgical center, which is now open and conducting procedures.  The 12,000 sq. ft. fit-up contains four operating rooms, with pre-op and recovery bays, and is currently serving patients undergoing minor outpatient surgeries.
