WINCHESTER, MA – Consigli Construction Co., Inc. has been awarded the $101 million phased addition and renovation of Winchester High School to accommodate the school’s growing enrollment. According to Town Superintendent William McAlduff, the school “is being designed for 21st Century learning.”
The project will be completed in three phases, within an occupied 264,000 square-foot renovation, to accommodate 1,370 students in grades 9 through 12. The 24, 563 square-foot new addition will house offices, music classrooms, a media center and central dining/meeting commons.
Beginning in the 2nd Quarter of 2014, the project is scheduled for completion in fall 2017.
