Consigli Forms Strategic Partnership to Support New York Expansion
Kirchhoff Construction Management brings successful track record to Consigli team
Milford, MA – July 15, 2009 – Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is pleased to announce that it has partnered with Kirchhoff Construction Management to form Kirchhoff-Consigli Construction Management, a Pleasant Valley, NY-based construction management firm that will enable Consigli to strengthen its growth initiative into upstate New York, and compliment Consigli’s regional offices in Portland, Maine and Enfield, Connecticut.
Consigli will partner with Kirchhoff to support their successful operations in several key markets, including corporate, academic and healthcare construction project management. The new entity will operate separate from Consigli's existing operations - which will remain independent and under the continued leadership of Anthony and Matthew Consigli - in New England. Longtime Consigli executive Greg Burns will assume day-to-day operations as President of Kirchhoff-Consigli, while Kirchhoff’s founder Joseph Kirchhoff will take on strategic initiatives as the entity’s Chief Executive Officer.

Kirchhoff-Consigli will be based at Kirchhoff’s existing headquarters in Pleasant Valley. The two firms will also maintain their respective workforces in New York and Massachusetts, but will combine their collective experience to provide a greater depth of resources to their client bases.
