CRISPR Therapeutics has consolidated multiple office and laboratory operations into a new eight-story life science research and development building, developed by Breakthrough Properties, in Boston’s Seaport/Fort Point neighborhood. The 263,500 sq. ft. facility, includes a below-grade fitness center, mechanical penthouse, below-grade parking, and ground floor retail.
Targeting LEED Gold and Fitwel Certification, the facility features massive lab-enabled floorplates, floor-to-ceiling glass, and multiple outdoor terraces.
