Our firm managed the fast-track construction of a new office, manufacturing and warehouse facility for TEMP-FLEX Cable, a manufacturer of Teflon-insulated wire and cables for the computer, medical, avionics and telecommunications industries.
The 43,000 sq. ft. design-build project included sitework with extensive rock removal, cuts and fills, a 6,000 sq. ft. office and a 37,000 sq. ft. manufacturing and warehouse facility housing process areas and clean rooms. We self-performed all sitework elements to meet the demands of the challenging project schedule.
