UBS Financial Services continues to expand in Boston’s Financial District with its new office space on the 36th floor of the iconic 1 Post Office Square building. Overlooking the Norman B. Leventhal Park, the 5,200 sq. ft. modernized office features modern, flexible workspaces and an open airy environment.
The fit-out of the core and shell space included all-new M/E/P systems throughout, new finishes, private conference rooms with both private and glass partitions, as well as refreshed communal areas. The project was managed in a fully occupied building and work was coordinated with building tenants and building management to ensure that other businesses were unaffected by the construction.
