Project Overview

  • Projects were broken up over several aggressive summer phases, requiring extensive foresight and planning
  • Scope of work fulfilled a variety of requirements, from ice and snow protection measures to complex masonry restoration
  • Blending sensitive restoration with energy efficiency measures, including new windows and roofing materials

St. Paul’s School was the site of several years of ongoing summer work designed to restore and refurbish multiple buildings on the school’s campus.

At Coit Hall, our team systematically performed masonry restoration, window replacement, repointing, chemical cleaning and brick rebuilding. Work included installation of energy-efficient windows, copper flashings and slate for the building’s roof, as well as ice and water shields on sheathing and replacement of deteriorated wood elements.

Consigli also rebuilt the steam plant chimney with a new CMU backup wall, chimney flue liner, anchor installation, cast stone pieces, lightning protection, copper flashings and a new brick veneer.
