Forum is a 360,000 sq. ft. life science building developed by Lendlease in Boston Landing, an up-and-coming life science hub. Built on a 1.15- acre site, it was one of the last available parcels in the area. The building was designed to meet strong demand for specialized lab and research space. The structure includes lab and office space, a ground-floor multipurpose area, outdoor spaces, two floors of underground parking and three floors of above-ground parking.
The site offers easy access to the Mass Pike and MBTA and is home to New Balance’s global HQ, the Celtics’ Auerbach Center, the Bruins’ Warrior Ice Arena, an indoor track, entertainment venues, lab/office buildings and multiple residential buildings.
