Yale-New Haven Hospital hired our company to perform pre-construction and construction services for the renovated Yale-New Haven Health System Medical Office Building (MOB) in Old Saybrook, CT. The existing space, a functionally obsolete and underutilized building, was renovated into a MOB with specialty spaces for lab services such as phlebotomy and stat testing, radiology, ultrasound and vascular diagnostics, outpatient rehab, oncology pharmacy, infusion services for oncology and medical specialties, pediatrics and adult specialties.

The new facility supports Yale-New Haven Hospital’s organizational vision and strategic goals including, ambulatory alignment, defined operating standards and key performance metrics, facility improvement and consolidation and the ability for the facility to thrive in a future business model.
