Boott Cotton Mill in Lowell, MA is a 19th century brick mill complex listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. The 500,000 sq. ft., multiple-building property was converted into a vibrant mixed-use complex, partially occupied by an industrial history museum managed by the National Park Service, with the rest devoted to Class A office/industrial and residential use.
